- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@jamaejamae.com.
- We will review each case and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

- Slight variations in pattern placement, fabric texture, and button details are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.
- These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
